## Planning

- Generate a PDF version of the project plan after the Markdown plan is approved.
- Update the roadmap for Version 1.5, Version 2, and Version 3 based on what we learned from Version 1.

## Version 1 Follow-Up

- Continue UI polish after real staff usage feedback.
- Continue authentication hardening before real deployment.
- Move tests to a dedicated test database when the app contains real production data.
- Add more detailed frontend validation messages where staff can make mistakes.
- Add better empty states after real data replaces demo data.
- Improve employee portal with break tracking, shift notes, and manager corrections.
- Expand stock counts from one-item quick counts to multi-item count sheets.

## Future Implementation

- Add voice commands after the typed inventory command flow is stable.
- Add WhatsApp or external message commands after internal commands are stable.
- Add menu, recipe, and automatic ingredient deduction in a later version.
- Add push notifications.
- Add richer PWA install/offline UX after production hosting is chosen.
